'Person of Interest' and 'Prime Suspect': Reversal of quality in week two?

If possible, I like to see at least two episodes of a series before reviewing it; it’s always difficult to assess a show based solely Read the full post.

I Liked person of interest second episode almost more than first…Im really not sure why no one has watched Prime Suspect, i thought it was a pretty good show, better than any SVU

I enjoyed both episodes of both shows. My Thursdays are getting pretty packed. I wish they would move one of them to Wednesday night.

I LOVE PRIME SUSPECT. One of the most well written dramas this fall.

Interestingly, both PRIME SUSPECT and FRINGE have their “suspects” self terminated by shooting themselves in the head while the lead actress were looking at them ……. strange coincidence ?!?!

Don’t submarine Prime Suspect like you did Terriers, Ken Tucker. Help keep Prime Suspect on the air like a good boy.
Go Kenny Johnson! We love you!

I watched the first Prime Suspect and found it to be quite ordinary. Not for one moment did I expect it to come close to matching up to the original Helen Mirren version, which gave us both one of the best cop programs ever and one of the best characters ever on TV, but I had hoped it would be half as good. Unfortunately, it fell a long way short of my limited expectation. Maybe the mistake was in keeping the name? Doomed to fail in a head-to-head comparison

I LOVE Prime Suspect, Maria Bello and her hat, and the cast. Just a tremendously well-put together show. My husband and I cannot figure out why it’s on the chopping block. It’s our new addiction so far. Reminds me a lot of Southland, which the network stupidly canceled. Glad it was picked up by TNT.

Why is it that a show like “Person of Interest” that seemingly has a big budget, is showing an NYPD detective’s shield that looks nothing like an NYPD detective’s shield? If the “Law and Order” franchise can get it right, why can’t they?

watched the second episode and lo and behold they now have shields that look like NYPD detective shields. Have no idea what was going on in the pilot episode.

Person of Interest is one of the best new series so far! PLEASE CBS, let it pick up speed before considering cancellation! If you agree, respond…

I am a big fan of Person of Interest and Prime Suspect. Jim Caviezel did it for me also. When I watched him in action I was hooked.
