absolutely loved the “pilot” of glee and most of the first season that followed. but this season has been a major disappointment, both musically and script-wise

This is weird, but look at the pic of Griffin and look behind her. Do they use actual dummies/mannequins instead of real people for seat filling in huge audotorium scenes? WEIRD……

I personally think that Glee has “Jumped The Shark”. I really don’t care about any of the kids, the teacher is annoying, and Jane Lynch has become one-dimensional. Time for the show to end.
I also felt that Kathy Griffin’s part was awful and stupid. I’m not a Tea Partier per-se but lean that way and I’m also a little tired of the Palin’s, so the insults and other items are just ugly to me and take away from what I used to think was a fun show.
The shark-jumping moment for me last night was right at the beginning – we see Kurt’s bird for the first time ever, it dies, and we get a version of “Blackbird” which was so out of context…wow. It’s becoming a repetitive pattern – “I’m going to tell you how I feel in a song”. What’s next week? Rachel pulls out what we learn was her favorite Coloring Book, it get’s trashed and we get subjected to “Paper Doll”?
Kathy Griffin is a foul-mouthed sleaze. She is not funny. Anyone that thinks it’s okay for some Hollywood freak to pick on someone’s kid because of their parents’ political stance has some serious issues. If it were a GOP kid picking on Obama’s kids, the dems would be screaming for the thought police to swoop down on the ones doing the picking and show NO mercy. It’s a good thing there is free speech in America but it’s people like Griffin who are ultimately going to get it scaled back–not the far right. If it were a right winger doing that crap–they’d go after him/her for hate speech. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander and if dems didn’t want to face heat for their crap, they should have thought about it before slamming a teenager. They can’t get onto Brittany for using the F word when Griffin emits a steady stream of those and worse at times. Get real!
