Well I tried, and uff.. is just awful. Yes Alias was the same plot as La Femme Nikite, but Jennifer, is just great as a kick ass woman, she was convincing, look the part, and the body also. Peta was the same, she does look the physical part. Im just wondering from so many beautiful girls, the work out and look at least strong enough to break the neck of a fat guy, why she.. if it is for the body? Well I guess starvation is a new look. But at least she does try, I can said that she try, but Michael, this new actor, is just so awful, and yes I miss Roy Dupuis, he have that sexy look, that manly talk. This guys is just like the anyone dude that you smile in a bar, and feel sorry you did it. It just talk to much… I was hoping for a new show to portray Nikita. Awful.. awful awful awful, is all I can said. At least Vampire Diaries is running and they are great..
About the Original version, the French version, I like the movie, I hate the actress scream… not her role in particular, is just that she use to scream in a odd way, but I still like the plot storyline. And yes I agree, Nikita with all this experience, shouldn’t been caught by surprise, they were always aware, rarely take it by surprise…

I loved this show. I didn’t see the surprise connection between the two girls comming either. I liked Maggie. She does all her own stunts and is in super shape. I am a fan of Lyndsy too. Good show and a real plot on a CW show for a change… I didn’t see the original so I can’t compare it. I will keep watching this. I liked it as much as Alias.
I really don’t think that she comes close to portray a woman of strenght… she make me sick just see how skinny she looks. You can see her bones trough her skin so clearly… beautiful face yes.. but aww… can a woman like her really kick ass?

Gee, maybe they should have found someone skinnier than MaggieQ. Instead of a 0 it would have been better to someone that is a size -2. Even better, why not just use a computer enhanced skeleton, then we can dispense with the need for a female body……all together.
I wasn’t impressed. It’s inevitable that this show will be compared to “Alias”, and “Alias” did it so much better. Maggie Q doesn’t even compare to Jennifer Garner. (How pretentious is it that she calls herself Maggie Q?) There were too many cliches and cheesy lines. I didn’t like it at all.
Loved it! I will be watching it again next week. Maggie Q is hot, and I’m jealous!
An ALIAS rip-off, but it stars Shane West and Lyndsy Fonseca, so I’m torn.
My question is, why do you guys keep comparing the old show to the new one ?? I watched the old show and at the time, I loved it but hello you guys, that was in the early 90′s. This is 2010, some things are going to change and HAVE to change or you’d be complaining it’s too much like the old show. Just sit back and watch the show…….stop looking for reasons to complain about everything. The show was good for an UPDATED version……..
Not perfect, lots of things need to be ironed out, but solid start and lots of potential. It should do fine, go lead in.
CW was Smallville ending, Supernatural near the end. If this doesn’t suceed, CW will make more hellcats, melrose shows.
Thoroughly enjoyed it! No it wasn’t perfect, but it kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. It was exciting and intense. I do agree that Nikita comes across a little blah at times, but I really love what they did with Alex and the execution of her character. Has the potential to be a fantastic show and I really hope that it succeeds.
I was able to watch the 1st 20 minutes (the rest is DVR’d) and I loved it! I happen to love Shane West and he was just fine for me. I really hope the show continues like last night. If it does it’ll be a hit. It’s already on my DVR as a must tape!
And we can’t come up with anything more original than “Division?”

No one will ever replace Roy DuPuis as Michaela and the same for Peta Wilson. That show was great, so were all the other supporting characters..this show pales in comparison. Alias was a bad ripoff of LFN but this one is really awful.
