I’m Canadian and I don’t know who Scott Brown is, nor his daughters, but Elisabeth is completely ridiculous. Kathy Griffin is a COMEDIAN and, whether or not you think she’s funny, she was MAKING A JOKE. I can’t believe I used to love Elisabeth on Survivor because I can’t flippin stand her now.
Me too! Loved her back when I watched Survivor, she was so sweet alongside that older guy.
These days, ugh. So horrid.
First–Scott Brown’s children are ADULTS. Kathy Griffin was joking about how he trotted them out on stage and declared they were ‘available’ if anyone was interested. It was a joke–she nor anyone listening actually thought they were prostitutes. Hasselbeck says much more offensive things every day–and is a rude, self important hack. She hates Griffin because she pointed out that her greatest accomplishment was losing a reality show.

LOVE Kathy Griffin. The joke was so-so, but it was a JOKE. Lighten up Hassebrock. She has such a stick up her *** for Kathy. I’ve never seen more rude behavior than the way Elizabeth behaved a few weeks ago when Kathy was on The View. Absolutely immature! You could just feel the enmity coming from her soul. Go Kathy Griffin!!!!!
Maybe I was the only one who saw the show but immediately after Kathy made that joke there was a note coming over the screen saying that neither the show, the network nor Kathy really thought the girl were prostitutes. It was a joke., not that funny but a joke nonetheless
Exactly. I think it’s odd that that isn’t getting mentioned anywhere. They actually ran a scroll – as a joke – that said, “Scott Brown’s daughters are NOT prostitutes!!” Crimeny. The guy is a politician known for a controversial remark about his daughters. A comedian satirized it. SO WHAT. That’s politics and that’s comedy and that’s the world. She ran a *disclaimer over the joke* and still the idiots are up in arms. Hasselbeck is so stupid. She is just so witless and stupid. God.

KG was on The View a few weeks ago and it was VERY obvious that EH doesn’t like her, and that KG was aware of it. KG even called EH on it, essentially saying, “Say it to my face.” EH refused to say anything.
Cuz Elizabitch knew she couldn’t step up and put her money where her big mouth is!
Regardless of whether you find Kathy Griffin funny or not the issue here is that her remark was made during her show and it was mean to be funny not mean spirited, but funny in terms of joking about something the Senator is known for (that speech pimping his daughters). Elizabeth Hasslebeck is an idiot who can’t process a concept as simple as humor and she really needs STFU!
I thought the funniest part of all was watching Liz H! She looked liked she was about to blow. She is so predictable and Kathy G’s wit and brain is WAYYY ahead of Liz.
Scott Brown’s daughters are a couple of bimbos, anyway. And Lizzie can’t stop being such a crybaby.
I saw the show and after KG made the comment she said just kidding and went on. She is funny and makes laughter when the world stressfull and we need relief!
I won’t watch the view because of Elizabeth. Why do we give her any credit at all.

Of course she was. It was a pretty tame piece of political satire aimed right at him, and it seemed pretty good natured to me. Political satire is a rich tradition in our country’s history. Hasselbeck is being pretty unAmerican, when you think about it (DISCLAIMER: That was a joke. Neither I nor my producers actually believe Elisabeth Hasselbeck to be Un-American. Much.)
I’m more offended by the things Elizabeth H says on the VIEW than anything coming out of Kathy Griffin’s mouth. Also, it was obvious from Kathy’s last appearance (last month?)that there is no love lost between the two women, so I’m not surprised by this new EH rant. Apparently, Elizabeth was not too thrilled by Kathy’s last stand-up special when she trashed the VIEW women, and Sarah Palin in particular. Also, there’s that whole “I’m dating Levi Johnston” stunt. I personally can’t wait to see Kathy’s response to Elizabeth in her next special.
I hope a band of offended prostitutes go after Elisabeth. Why is that the worst thing in the world to be? I’d rather be a prostitute than a stupid, incompetent, humorless, judgmental beeyatch on a talk show, I can tell you that.
