It’s obvious we are SUPPOSED to think Miles is the best. I think he comes off fake with his alleged OCD. His dramatic twitching, etc, is getting to be annoying and coming off as a full-on bad acting job. Trong has clearly clued into the lack of authenticity in this show, made a statement, and got cut immediately. Miles didn’t even use any of the electronic stuff in his piece, and yet he won. I think I smell a network casting rat!

I liked Trong’s piece better when it was called Nam June Paik’s “TV Buddah.”
His piece wasn’t the worst of the week, but it was a somewhat lazy and already been done idea. Plus there was no need for that idea to be an installation, it would have been much more effective as a drawing.

I found Miles piece “distractingly boring”.
Wow! He took a nap, how pretentious.
I thought for a second week in a row the wrong artist won, and the artist who should have, with the better executed piece Abdi came is second.

This show is not about real art. It’s a gimmick. The issues of real art are not “what can you make in 13 hours?” or “who can make the zaniest installation while the clock is ticking?” True art has a entire other set of concerns and parameters that are completely ignored by this show thus far. There are some talented artists in the show, but it is sad to see fine art debased and dumbed down to fluffy TV entertainment. The judges, host and mentor have yet to make any truly intelligent or insightful comments. This is a show about “artists” who reside in a Sex in the City world (not a real world).

Actually i love Miles and his work is ideas and art, statues, ect, are beautiful. I didn’t like Trons in that i thought it was weak because it stated the obvious and it was childish. Miles unmerciful criticism could be the effect of him being tired and stressed. Mile’s and Nicole’s pieces where definitely the strongest two there. Abdis would be too if he finished.

i think americans are privileged with access to art resources and learning. But 1 thing that i have noticed is that americans have no sense of creativity and unique imagination and expressions. you have access to the best but u r not even close to being the best

The last show , the blue teem idea’s failed. Sorry ,Miles should be gone , it was his idea ,he would not work with any body, and except any of there ideas ,only his own. To send Eric home , because he spoke up,is just wrong, he was not allowed input . Another demonstration of life in North America, people cannot recognize a self centered Miles and dump on Eric, because he speaks up.
Eric I am for you , and will not have any part of watching this show any more. For the TV show shame on you.Eric THANKS for speaking up .

I think the most interesting thing about the show is the challenges themselves; I spend time imagining how I would respond…boo Miles, go
Abdi…the judges drive me crazy!!!!! such art world bs!!!!!
