After reading all these comments I have come to the conclusion that nobody gets the real message that Alicia is not interested in Will, she already knows what kind of a person he is. Every time he meets another woman it is straight into the sack, would you want somebody like that can’t be trusted? She may be upset at Peter but the family is intacked!! I just wish she could stop the sad face to everyone around and her kids to and smile at the good things around her.
I was put in similar situation, in real life.. Everyone around me was happy… finally I suffered anxiety attacks and Hypertension, and my husband.. as healthy and jolly as ever..
I wish Alicia should be given a chance to be happy in her life for being such a good wife?
I don’t think that’s true. I think she’s definitely interested in Will but she can’t let herself be irresponsible.

Lets come to the fact that Alicia is not going anywhere with Will, he should school is out and he is stepping over the line with this BS. Alicia should look foward to a good life with Peter and the kids plus get a new position at another firm that treats her as an employee not a hot number all the time. Also tell Will to take a hike and move on.
I am one of many who do not like the idea of Christopher Noth not being permanently on the show. without him the show is very boring. we love the interaction between the wife and him. There is no connection with her lawyer friend. Please do something about this or you may have to cancel the show.
Season 2 will be great, Alicia will see that Peter is true to his word on a new beginning and that Will is going to act as usual with his backstabbing ways. In the end the florrick family will become a very equal partnership all around.
This is for all the writers of The Good Wife, for season 2 we need to see more of Alicia personel life from home and not the office. It is getting pretty sick of all the interference she is getting at the office from Will her boss, in real life that is grounds for an harrassment suit. If you remember a couple of episodes back when Alicia had a family meeting with the kids and told them ??the truth?? it was over about the past from college, but it seems you’ll keep this BS going which is going to back fire in the end. Her lines should be to have Will back off and drop the past. The PARTY IS OVER.
I can’t wait to see Will arrested for underhanded federal curruption which he started against Peter and it backfires. This will get him 20years in the big house which the firm can not help him. That will be the end to lockhart&Gardiner, everyone can now move on with their lives.
I have been an avid fan but the story lines are a bit farfetched, I have yet to see anything about the Good Wife. It is either the office with joe college flirting all over Alicia which she should have from the start to back off. With all that went down in the beginning with Peter she still is by his side. The episode MOCK where she sets up that dinner making Peter jealous with Will and tells him its over with the kids listening in and is leaving, from personel experience I did the same thing to my husband and my kids about the same ages as hers stepped forward and told me if I did don’t come back!!! They weren’t going to have anything to do with anybody else in my life if there was. So to wrap it up that should have been the bottom line to her regarding the Will affair. It hurts to know your kids have a better insight in life than you do.
Guess what if CBS doesn’t get their act together season 2 will be a big flop on tuesday nights. Your fellow networks like NBC AND TNT are coming out with some really good dramas this fall, in the same time slots so start jazzing it up or you all will be on the unemployment line.
As a lawyer myself I can tell all your staff that what you are showing about Alicia and Will at the office goes on all the time and has destroyed manny lawyers both morally and professionally. May I suggest the your writers break up the flirting duo and get on with the shows title again or your rateings will take a nose dive and cancelation before season end.
I feel Alicia deserves to go and marry Will (who seems to adore her), the negative influence Peter gave to his son, this is unforgivable.
Let Peter see how a “good wife” should deservedly be treated, by having Alicia n Will sharing a good happy life together working side by side professionally.
And Will loved tremendously by Alicia’s kids? A woman deserves due respect for what she is..
