Take a verrrry close look at this brand-new, extended Fringe season-finale trailer.
You’ll see that Josh Jackson’s Peter Bishop gets “taken to the other side” (ah, that would actually be his true home, wouldn’t it?). You’ll see alternate-universe versions of some of our favorite characters, including a very bad-ass Broyles in black paramilitary garb, and you’ll hear Walter say with some understandable worry, “My son is going to be responsible for the end of the world.”
Nina admitting Massive Dynamic doesn’t have a way of getting to the other side, but that Olivia does? That certainly pays off a bit on the “specialness” she’s been exhibiting this season, doesn’t it? And how about that brief glimpse of the alt-Astrid?

Broyles is the MAN, I was blown away by how wonderful his voice was in the ‘musical’ episode, he should sing more often.
As far as Joshua Jackson, I seriously underestimated him as a actor, I stereotyped him as a WB typical verbose teen from Dawson’s Creek – but he has proven he his a good actor (maybe he should have been Anakin).
John Noble (along with Terry O’Quinn from LOST) give the best perfromances on tv week after week. They both deserve emmys for their work. THIS SHOW IS AWESOME!!!!!!
I agree Jeremy. John Noble’s nuanced performance as Walter (and soon to behold Walternate) have been certainly award worthy! And as for JJackson, he has been a revelation as I was totally expecting Pacey 2.0 when the show began, but have been more than impressed by what he has delivered… I absolutely cannot wait to see “Over Threre”

A Statue of Liberty made of Bronze? Can’t wait to see more twists especially alternate Olivia.
I think that’s supposed to be copper, not bronze. The statue may never have oxidized on the Other Side.. or perhaps they were so far advanced even at that point in time that they were able to better preserve it?
Or maybe it’s made of Chocolate!

SoL is covered with copper which is brown in color but after long exposure it turns green. Thus, people from alternate universe must have took real good care of the Statue.

Of all the TV shows to make into a feature length movie – THIS IS THE ONE!!!…PLEASE MAKE A FRINGE MOVIE!!!…X-Files has done it!!!
And run the risk of ruining my favorite show on tv right now? No, they should stick with what they’re doing. A two hour finale is like a movie, anyway.

Amazing trailer. Flat out, the best show on TV right now. Nimoy is terrific; Jackosn better; and, John Noble … totally awesome.Flash Forward should have taken some notes from this how… I am afraid that show is history now! FRINGE rocks!
