Please when you visit our state DO NOT ask us what we think of SP.
Count Nukem – Are you serious? You bring a Wikipedia post to prove what? You are aware that anyone can post on Wikipedia and it is generally not peer reviewed. And Dartmouth College is one of the most conservative campuses in the country, BTW.
Idiots that think global warming means you don’t get snow, are really the morons. Think about it, I’ll put it to you in simple terms: the warming atmosphere has caused the ice caps to melt, the water from those ice caps evaporate into the atmosphere to form clouds (you do know that, don’t you?), those clouds eventually come down in the form of liquid, either snow or rain. This past winter was one of the greatest proof of global warming because we had so much snow, and now all of that melting snow & rain is causing the floods that are now seen across the country because the water levels have risen because of the melting ice caps and again, all of that water evaporates back into the atmosphere, and the whole process starts all over again. Of course, there are always those who are in continual denial and will say, “well why do you think they call it Greenland, that was once a warm place?” The answer is, it was called Greenland by the Vikings to lure even people there to settle, it was by no means a “green land”. If anyone dumb enough to continue to argue about why the name is Greenland, it is really obvious, they never learned a thing in grade school.
I read alot about liberal bias in the media. The fact of the matter is that bias is a very busy highway that runs both ways. There is equal parts conservative bias in America. Maybe if everyone took two tiny steps towards the middle we would all be better off. You can’t truly win the “war” if you are focused on fighting your own citizens.
If Palin MUST be on TV, please let her stay on Faux News as the phony host she was born to be, and spare us any future political speeches. I can’t stand her smug superiority and her paint – peeling voice. She’s the most annoying kind of person – a know-nothing who acts like a know-it-all.
You people are really sick individuals. You can’t find good in anything. Silly me. Of course you can’t, you don’t know the differnce between good and evil.
Okay, James Madison, you seem to be an excellent authority on these matters: what, exactly, is the difference between Good and Evil?
Ground rules: your answer can be no longer than the average comment here, 3-4 sentences max; use proper spelling (no “differnce”); and somehow tie your thesis about Universal concepts like Good and Evil into a defense of Sarah Palin’s show explaining why you believe it is anything other than feel-good pablum designed to further her own future PR efforts and enhance her “Palin” brand.
But seriously, I’d love an answer about Good and Evil; I’ve been confused ever since some German guy told me it was possible to go “beyond” them.
AFAIC that’s the best asnewr so far!
