To all rectal or colon cancer patients, I extend a heartfelt apology for the cruel remark made by Sean Penn. Consider the source and you will see an arrogant, thoughtless jerk. What can you expect?
But this is classic Sean Penn. He doesn’t hold back with his outspoken comments. But the rectal cancer comment was a bit too much. He needs to calm down next time.

Exactly. Three words: Narcissistic Personality Disorder. However make no mistake, “martyr complex” Sean Penn is one of the nicer ones. They get a lot meaner when they go for negative attention.
Sean Penn, Ann Coulter, Rosie O’Donnel, Rush L— are all evil people of the country. Sean Penn’s father would be very hurt to see how his son turned out as he praises a Man (Chavez) who puts people in jail for speaking against him. Sean Penn and the rest of the hateful people should understand that most people in our Country can’t stand them! There is a small fraction on the right and on the left who like these crazy people who have all the time on tv to speak their hateful minds
I’ll never understand why he says these things.
