Further proof that we should have elected John McCain. In the case of two equally appealing candidates, choose the one that SNL has a chance of making fun of. Wouldn’t 4 years of Tina Fey been much better than this drivel?
SNL is mildly funny at best. When a host is good (Justin T) it can be a lot better, but when a host is bad (sorry January Jones) it really can suck. Blake Lively did fine, and there were a couple of funny moments and jokes. But the real problem with SNL is that their skits run WAY too long, and they redo the same jokes and characters over and over again. Keenan and his characters do seem to be the worst offenders of this – I actually think most of them are funny once, maybe sometimes twice, but when they’ve had the same skit on 15 times in two years with just interchangeable hosts, it gets old fast.
The digital shorts usually are still good though.
Good programs, like him to upload, let us all to share.
That Tiger Woods sketch did run a bit long. And poor Kenan having to play him… He didn’t exactly look the part. At least he didn’t do “What’s up with that?” this week because oooooeeeee, if I hear that again, well…I’m probably going to start singing it.
The Vagisil skit made me laugh; the potato chip finale made me gag, but somehow laugh at the same time. And that Rock Festival ad was freakin’ awesome. I can’t even imagine what this “Mrs. Potato Dick” looks like and that makes it all the more hilarious.

Re: the Tiger Woods sketch. Why have it about poor Tiger getting beat up by his cheated on wife? It should have been about a new bimbo/mistress turning up every few minutes from all over the U.S. THAT could have been funny. Too bad Tina Fey isn’t there anymore!!
Strawberries are the best, hands down. Strawberries are never good. The show should have stopped when strawberries left the show. The new strawberry bits are the only good bits. You guys sound like a broken record.
The southern culture (potato chip) sketch in particular is a bizarre but very clever bit. This and Forte’s date with Megan Fox both felt strangely fresh in the context of SNL. We’ll see what lasting effect they have; They might open the door and take them into new territory.
I love all the Mrs. Hasting skits..funny….Kennan is not that funny anymore except for the mrs. Hasting sketches.
u all r retarded, every one of u, u all r into the politics which r boring as HELL. y do u think weekend update sucks and thats seth meyers only job! u all need to stop judging skits by the past!!! just watch & enjoy.god, people like u dumbasses is what gives snl a bad name, so stfu & gtfo

Definitely consider that which you stated. Your favourite reason appeared to be at the net the simplest factor to be mindful of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed whilst people consider concerns that they just don’t recognize about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the top and outlined out the whole thing without having side-effects , folks could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
