'Scrubs' season premiere: 'Gather 'round, murderers'

Ken you should have added Kerry Bishe to your “not so funny” part of your article…..then again she is not funny AT ALL!

Totally disappointed in this reincarnation or reimagination of the show. i can’t stand Lucy she just can’t pull it off and maybe instead of using another JD wannabe maybe they should’ve used a young Cox-like character or something refreshing. And i miss Carla they say they can’t put her in full time because it is not realistic that a nurse would have contact with med students ..hello,,didn’t they write the improbable pregnancy in which JD got his girlfriend preggers without doing the actual deed..come on writers you could so have done something!!! I really think this will be the end of Scrubs they should have ended it last season if they couldn’t replace it with something well written and chose quirkier characters instead it felt like they raided the soap opera call back list for their new med students…definitely won’t be watching anymore!

I liked the first two episodes. I thought they held true to Scrubs humour and the way the show has always been done. The three new interns are good additions and I think Lucy is a one part JD and two parts Elliot and thats fine with me. What I didnt like was the casual mentioning that JD and Elliot are married. The wedding of JD and Elliot was to be a culmination of the entire series, just passing it off like that was dissapointing. But I do understand the reasoning behind it. The old characters are moving on and the focus should be on the new ones, but still, as a long time fan I feel we all deserved to see that wedding.
