I’ve never had more discussions over who screwed up more in a reality show with my wife, until recently with these two. We came to the conclusion that they’re both selfish in their own way, and I really hope that stops after they’re out of the limelight. Those great little kids don’t need any more documentation of how much their parents put themselves first in this situation, and both of them would do well to try and reconcile and have some sort of friendly relationship out of the spotlight. I used to love this show too, but it made me a believer that money ruins everything pure, and if you let it get in the way of what’s really important, it will ruin that too.

Wouter, I appreciate you nrokiwg through this with me. The type of pain I feel mainly occurs when I am pulling my leg. It’s not an excrutiating pain but more of a deep soreness that gets worse with use depending on how fast I am running. I definitely don’t feel like I have to pull up hopping like you see sprinters do when they blow their hamstrings. If I lay off of running for about four days, it’s almost gone. I rested it five days and then did the long slow five mile run Sunday and it started aching at 3.5 miles. Last night I tried to do the 100m sprints with a 20 lb. weight vest and it hurt bad at the third interval. Today it is a little sore mainly in the high hamstring area but not bad. I might could even run for a few miles if I did it slow. Speed definitely aggrevates it worse.
