you’re crazy, JGL did that in one take and actually sang while he did it. not that the original isn’t fantastic, but they’re incomparable….gordon-levitt NAILED it.
I think JGL deserves an A and not just for effort. Maybe his singing would have sounded better if he was afforded the opportunity to dub/sing over his song…but that’s the beauty of live tv. Not taking anything away for Mr. Oconnor, but I’m sure it’s easier to not look out of breath than to not sound out of breath…just saying
