I don’t think Janet was blaming the doctor for Michael’s addiction he was blamming him for his death.Yet, personally, I don’t think Dr.Murry was alone in the blame..- There is a huge difference. She already stated that MJ was in denial of his addiction. Also remember that Michael had lupus, and lupus causes serious pain, especially in the joint areas..and for a dancer who has been dancing since the age of 5 and dancing extremely-even when he was in pain- throughout his career, especially during concerts for the past 3 decades out of the the 4 he was been an entertainer I am sure MJ’s lupus took over..and maybe just maybe he had real reason to take those pain killers? MJ has been a dancer his whole life..it was just as much a part of him as the air we breath…And he had to be the best-it was who he was. I lived with several drug addicts/ and none-addicts and they could not accomplish even the smallest of the smallest amount of what Michael Jackson did..They did not accomlish any of their goals and dreams,,and several of them were so self-center, couldn’t even buy a box of diapers for their child. Than there are those who never had a drug problem..who’s other issues made it a living hell for those surrounding them; their prejudices, closed/judgemental minds, anger problems, etc.–I know many manipulators, self-centered people, liers, fake, and nasty people–and guess what they are not drug addicts..I think we need to start truly looking at people’s true character..and stop making judgments on someone’s disease. No matter his personal issues, Michael never stopped caring about the world we live in, he never stopped caring about sociaty’s issues of poverty, violence, and despair. And through out his life he gave and gave and gave..HE was compassionate, humble, highly intelligent, self-less, fearless-in the mist of emotional and mental pain, he was fearless in speaking truth about social issues and the truths about the music industry, insightful,and his creative genius is un-matched. RIP King of Pop, King of HEARTS..I will SEE YOU IN PARADISE..

As a recovering addict, I think I understand all too well both Michael and Janet. The sad truth is if an addict doesn’t want help, no amount of intervention will help. However, the doctor, having inappropriately prescribed propofol acted wrongly, and is criminally negligent. I hope he loses his licence. I am a huge Michael fan, and find his death a tragedy. I feel so sorry that Janet has to talk of her brother in the past tense, but her love for him is plain. The impact that the media and his cruel abusive father had on Michael are incalculable.Sadly, he was wrongly accused and, even when found innocent, treated like a criminal. Once again, I think Janet showed her class, by acting as spokesman for her family at a difficult time. Instead of continuing to make unkind remarks about Michael, do something to heal the world: get involved woith big brothers/big sisters or even spend time with your own children. Michael was about love, and I hope at some point Janet feels strong enough to see this is it; she’d be proud of her big brother.

anyone who thinks that mj should have been prosecuted for any alleged crimes against children should also be in favor of prosecuting these parents who willingly put their children in the position as well. and there still has been no proof that there was any abuse.

terrible interview, conducted like a hallmark card. why would Robin Roberts give Janet a way to wash down the truth by asking if Joe was ‘old school’? and why would Janet diminish Michael who suffered from Joe’s abuse by simply calling it ‘old school’. it seems interviewers are reluctant to go after the truth and I believe it is because this is all agreed upon upfront to get the interview. but Janet should know better, for someone who claims to be so close to Michael, she has no loyalty to him.
