THIS SHOW IS THE FUNNIEST SHOW ON TV. and, last nights episode was no exception. Can’t wait until next week!

You know in defense of Ken, it isn’t bad a recap. I used to read Pastorek’s recap of The Office and those were downright painful. Boy, did we not like her. I abandoned ship.

      OMG! Oh my God
      LOL! Laugh out loud
      WTF?! Why the face?

Why the face? Look at what I just wrote! It isn’t a bad recap. There. I need to go home. Read you all next week. I love that we fill in the blanks for the funny lines we’ve missed from laughing.

hmmm i didn’t get that vibe at all, thought it was hilarious. “She’s diabetic…” “OF COURSE SHE IS” hahah golden

Watch it all by myself. Laughed all the way through it….by myself.

Not only was the show great, but it was sweet towards the end when Jay was talking about winning and being proud of his children and putting the trophy next the the photo of the young Claire/Mitchell in the skate pose. Very subtle stuff on the show you have to look out for.

I’m still chuckling when Luke walked down the stairs with his iPod in his mouth…

And I’m sure the writers didn’t mean to do it… but the “striving too hard to make a ‘striving too hard is pointless’ episode” makes the show funny on even a meta level.

Wow, you totally missed the mark! This episode was hilarous! Could not disagree more. You are analyzing way too much. Seem like you are trying really hard to find something wrong. Relax.

Cam’s looking away after saying – Who put wheels on a crib had me in tears – he looked so justied!!!

Yeah, lighten up Ken…not every episode is gonna knock it out of the park. I thought it was a perfectly fine episode. How about Phil and Claire sitting on the couch trying desperately to come up with things their kids are great at? Or Phil and Luke during the open house scenes? Or ANY scene involving Cam…who’s quickly becoming my favorite character. Referring to this episode as if it’s a “bump in the road” is going overboard…Modern Family’s worst episodes are still better than 99% of the comedies on air today.

This episode was hilarious. And yes, the girl being an orphan with all those disabled people coming to cheer her on just made it even more hilarious. So wrong yet so funny.

    Funniest show on tv!

  • paula

Sorry Ken but this was a hillarous episode, can Michael Slezak should stay with the modern family comments!

  • Greg

Disagree. The more sympathy they piled on the orphan girl the funnier it got. It was just, too, because of how competitive they were all being: sometimes there is too much. Awesome morals, great comedy: best family comedy since Roseanne.

I fence at the place they did it at and the little irl is my friend and my friend is mannys double
