'Desperate Housewives': Is it too soon to say Drea de Matteo's storyline isn't working?

I think that Drea’s family is in witness protection because of something she witnessed–and that’s the source of the scar. I don’t like the trashy/flashy pigeon hole they’ve stuck her in, though, and hope she gets a chance to be someone OTHER than Adriana (?) from “The Sopranos”. I’d like to think she has a bigger acting range than that!

Do you mean Mikes ex druggie wife (the one who got Dana/Zach stolen by MA Young?) She’s Dead. If Katherine, they probably havent finished with her nervous breakdown yet…

It’s a lame script.
John drives Anna home (Anna has no car ’cause Gabrielle was going to pick her up). The next day Gabrielle is alone in John’s restaurant. John kisses Gaby when Anna shows up (!). How did she arrive?. But then, Anna leaves and appears at home before Gabi, who is going with her car (!): is there a morning atomic bus in the neighborhood?
Then Tom says to Lynette that, despite her small breast, he chose her because he’s not perfect (!), and she agrees (!!).
And what about Julie’s father, who doesn’t give a f*** about her daughter in coma or when she wakes up?
And what about her mother, who grumbles that Julie, a SINGLE girl, had an affair with somebody that turns to be married, excusing the man (!!!); etc.
Seriously, who writes this stuff? A women hater?

I don’t waste my time on this
crappy nighttime soap but I think
maybe this show has run it’s course.
Their fans probably switched to
Bravo’s crappy Real Housewives.
