It’s the moment you never knew you wanted to see, but Supernatural figured out a way to do it: Sam and Dean cut off Paris Hilton’s head last night. (This event occurs about 4:30 into the clip.)
Ok, so Paris was playing Paris — a Paris that had been possessed by one of those demons that always runs through Supernatural. Still, is was pretty amusing to see Sam go chop-chop-chop and then see the wealthy airhead’s head on the ground. In a completely self-parodying, evil-must-die way, of course.
Chances are, you were watching The Office or Fringe or CSI, right? (Man, it’s crowded Thursday nights at 9.) But what do you think of Supernatural’s little joke?

It was a funny episode. Meaningful commentary. She did really good.
The episode was way better than I expected it to be, with the return of some old school Winchester hunting and none of this Dean is crying business. Plus, there was a fun House of Wax reference that quickly cut away to Sam
Loved the House of Wax reference and the look on Sam’s face.
Nope I was watching Supernatural. I thought the episode was good, some parts had me LOL! Paris is a horrible actress and it was great to see her get her head chopped off but the best part was Sam looking over to Dean with a smirk that he got his butt kicked by Paris Hilton. Classic!
Funny, funny show. One thing I love about SPN is the fact that they make fun of themselves. The aren’t afraid to mid a bit of “reality” in with the fantasy. This is the best written show on Thursday nights. I do believe they should move the Winchester brothers to fridays at 10pm and kick the sh*t out of the Epps brothers (Numb3rs).
I loved that the police are now looking to arrest the real Paris for kidnapping. I’m not a fan, but I think she was a really good sport in this one.
No I was watching Supernatural. Believe it or not a decent amount of us do. As you fully know because, when you usually do a story on it, a number of people post. I don’t understand the need to always slam this show’s ratings. They’re really actually pretty good (especially when you consider their competition at the time slot) and consistently outperform other shows on the CW. It’s as if someone at the top or just people in general want to feel like no one watches Supernatural. Millions do.
Actually, the ratings aren’t that good this season, so Ken was right on the nose.
Say what you want about her, Paris is one helluva sport when it comes to self-deprecating humor. Cheers!
Dean: D, Don’t say it…
Sam: Dude you just got your A$$ kicked by Paris Hilton.
Classic, Epic!
Now if we could only get some sick bastard to chop off the REAL Paris Hilton’s head I think the whole world would benefit.
Another great episode this season. Season 5 has been awesome. I agree with the post about Supernatural getting slammed because of its raitings–It does very well on a VERY crowded time slot. I hope the show is around for at least a couple more seasons.
I love this show. Great mix of writing, humor and stories.
Plus I always love the episodes like this that deviate from the main plot…the ones where they go on a good old fashioned monster/demon hunt.
I really miss those too, it’s how the show started and I wish they would do more ’supernatural’ stuff instead of all the god/devil stuff.
Totally agree! I was missing the ‘monster of the week’ approach. Even if the monster was Paris *g*
There are other shows on at 8pm central? I wouldn’t know. I was and always have been watching Supernatural. I give Paris major props for being such a good sport. The ep was fabulous.
I LOVE Supernatural, and last night had its moments, but I didn’t think it was one of their stronger episodes…
Best thing I’ve ever seen involving Paris Hilton. I’m patiently waiting for the day when someone can explain to me why anyone cares about this woman or why the media keeps shoving her in our faces. You go, Sam! Chop away.
I agree. Maybe she’ll do something stupid again and this time go directly to jail. And stay there.
It wasn’t SPN’s best funny episode, but I still enjoyed it. I liked seeing Dean and Sam trying to negotiate how their partnership is going to work post-apocalypse.
