Dave has the “Penis Problem” I guess he forgot that -If you misuse it, then you must lose it!”
we live in a society where people are afriad to stand up against immorality and to speak out against it. instead we see the audience laughing as if there’s nothing wrong with man having many sexual relationship. can you imagine the impact that would have on your wife psychological and stressful problems. It just goes to show how promiscous our society have become.
So the society should speak out against Dave having consenting sexual relations with his underlings whom by the way, haven’t accused him of anything? I’m surprised that you only found having consenting sexual relationships with many women is immoral but not the extortion part. Well aren’t you the intelligent and moral one.
I don’t know about the impact of this on his wife because there is nothing known about what kind of relationship he had with his wife. But what we know is she stood by him for 20 years and got married eventually. It could be possible that she did know about this. So before you jump to conclusions, give some time for the story to develop.
Ya’ll need to gird yer loins for the ‘other side of the story’. And don’t doubt for a minute that there will be either civil lawsuits and/or out of court settlements. Will Mr. Home-wrecker do a Top Ten on himself? Oh, and let us not assume, based on his statements, that all of the affairs were with women or girls.
WHAT?
It is no suprise that another liberal progressive has been exposed for having no fear of God.
Oh…. c’mon. Mark Foley picked up his teenage pages and y’all gave him a talk radio show. Spare me the sanctimony!
….nice
What does the fear of an imaginary deity have to do with this article?
Why are you so angry people believe?
I agree completely – what does an imaginary god have to do with anything really.
Are you kidding me? Republican Senator Ensign carried on with his best friend’s and co-chief of staff’s wife even after his friend and other god fearing conservatives asked to stop and he set he would ended and then he didn’t. If I were you I wouldn’t throw stones or point fingers.
I guess Republicans fear God but want a little piece more, Mark Foley, The Governor of S. Carolina, Sen. Ensign, Sen. Vitter, John McCain and the Senator from the western state that was caught trying hum a skin flute in the airport bathroom to name a few. They’re all such phonies. The Republicans complain about the Democrats lack of morals, yet the Democrats don’t wrap themselves up in a vale of false christian values to get Joe Sixpack’s vote like these Republicans do. What hypocrites..
Judge not, that ye be not judged. (Matthew 7:1)
Oh, us liberals and conservatives aren’t that different. Except most Conservatives seem to pick up men instead.. or boys, in some instances.
Regarding Garys comment. I’m fairly certain there was some slime that oosed off of Obamas hand when he shook Davids hand.
David did his show yesterday…
And, a fanny thing, he just bustarded another child… Since they get to decide not only what is “moral” but what “is” is – he will be a hero.
Learn to spell, John. Then we might take your opinion seriously.
Way to go Dave. I like your response. Keep your personal life private at all cost. We all make mistakes (if they were mistakes) either way… Good Luck to you.
The best way to diffuse a scandal is to be upfront about it and deal with it (remember Gordon Getty’s second family). Far better than lying or trying to cover up bad behavior, which only feeds the tabloid fire – as we have seen with all the politicians who have taken falls. And Letterman is just a TV personality – if you don’t like his actions, personality or humor, turn him off.
Nice fake name Tyrone Wilson. We all know you are a shay whitey.
Unlike the politicians there was no coverup which then becomes the story. He handled it well.
Leonard, infidelity? lol. Who cares. Dave Letterman is the man and has been for a long time and always will be. AND no one WHEN he had sex; prior to or post marriage.
When you have a culture that has us decide between Letterman and Leno, or Republicans or Democrats, you can’t really expect quality.
This has NOTHING to do with the man’s job, and quite frankly I could care less who Letterman is boning– it’s his life. He handled the situation as best as he could, I still love him and will continue to watch.
He’s “boning” ***employees*** and you say it has nothing to do with his job??? Give me a break!
“towering, Midwestern mass of guilt” — Oh Sure! He’s been a liberal New Yorker for decades. I grew up in Indiana and wish he would never mention he grew up there — it’s false advertising!
Oh yeah, there are no liberals or people who have sex in Indiana? I’m sure.
Oh and Indiana went blue this election, might I remind you.
What? A single celebrity had sex from time to time from within his sphere of friends and co-workers? That sounds normal for anyone other than a pastor of a church. Oh, not even them. Who cares or is dumb enough to think that a grown single man doesn’t ever have sex.
