I like Palin and Letterman. I am Canadian.
Well the shoe is on the other foot. heh Mr Letterman. How do you like it? Tast of your own medicine. Ripping on Sarah Palin and her daughter. I bet Sarah Palin is loving this. lololol.
I do feel bad for your wife and daughter.
Dave sucks. He’s not very funny. He has no flexible morals and likes young women. DO something else homie, stay off the screen. When do the lawsuits from disgruntled female employees start rolling in?
I sort of think it is funny how that in a conversation about Dave people just automatically bring up the incident that happened with Sarah. Honestly this is Davids scandal let him roll around in his own problems and stop dragging Sarah into this. I think that David had an interesting way of dealing with the situation but that overall he is an “old man” and he has made mistakes in his life and career that I think he should have to learn to take “responsibility” for.
Any other work environment & lawsuits would be brought against a boss like Dave- oh, but he’s so cute & funny & self-deprecating, so it’s ok that he violates every sexual harrassment law that we have fought so hard for, right?
Dave is the one in a position of authority & therefore should be majorly investigated/fined/jailed/kicked off the show. What an A-hole!
Oh, that’s right, we only do high-tech lynchings of conservative black judges when there’s only a suspicion of impropriety, not famous talk show hosts when there’s proof of it.
It’s pretty frightening when you see all the negativity from people wrapped up in guilt. Guess what folks…tab A fits into slot B, even with 62 year olds. get over yourselfs
As far as I’m concerned, David Letterman has fallen off his Late Night throne. Since the scandal broke, I have been watching David because he is still the “king” of late night, but I’m looking him a little more in the eye & have formed my opinion which is this: David, what the h*** were you thinking. You’ve been with your wife for many years (with only a few months of her being actually your wife). If you were not happy in this relationship, why did you stay in it? Or if you were happy in this relationship, why would you go after other women? Doesn’t being faithful in an unmarried relationship still deserve to be a part of the equation? David, you can’t possibly now joke about all the other famous men who have strayed (or will stray) because your part of “this fraternity.” I feel deeply sorry for your son Harry, too. How do you tell him the truth, David?
So Letterman cheated on his GF AFTER she had his child, now his wife and abused his role as boss to sleep with his subordinates. He’s not a politician or anyone we should hold morally accountable – all that counts is he’s funny. Roman Polanski is an Oscar winner so he shouldn’t be held accountable like some sort of politician or human being either – drugging a 13 year old then forcing himself on her though she said no – that is NOT r-a-p-e. That word is only used for non entertainers who are not funny, talented, rich, or won awards. Cheating, lying, r-a-p-e, that’s only for poor, talentless schmucks. Let these men be, let them keep living their lives of luxury & success. They have done nothing wrong. It’s the humorless, moral police fuddy duddies who have the problem to think that they should hold anyone to a moral high standard.
Interesting investigation!
He had to make it our business as someone was BLACKMAILING HIM, and it would come out eventually when things went to court. Someone tried to get 2 million dollars out of him, so he came clean to the world. He was forced into admitting it.
And I doubt he wants someone like you watching him anyway. Good riddance.
