I think he’s confusing empowerment with entitlement. As in entitled to run away from home and play house with Hailey. As in entitled to run off to Vegas and participate in threesomes. As in entitled to schtupp tabloid magazine writers sympathetic to your sob story. As in entitled to dip your noodle into the hired help. As in entitled to moan and whine and complain at every available opportunity at what a harsh hand life and Kate have dealt you. Entitled to call police and have them evict Kate from her own property when all she was doing was responding to a distress call from the twins. And why were the twins distressed? Because apparently it was more entertaining and empowering to play hide the salami in the hot tub with the aforementioned hired help than to be a grown up and to be a parent. Entitled to go on national television and tell all of America that you despise and hate the mother of your children. And now, after all that, you’ve grown yourself a conscience and want to play nice and be friends? Some bells just can’t be unrung. In every possible way you have lain down with dogs. Now deal with the fleas.
I guess Kate will have to find another way to exploit her children. I hope this will inevitably kill the show for good. Who’s a lame fish now, Kate?
John is pathetic and so transparently full of hate for Kate. What a LIAR. He is SO full of BS in wanting the filming stopped. John was RIGHTFULLY left behind in the filming of his kids. What a poor looser of a father to derail the only hope these kids have for financial future.
Both let money get to their heads and their kids are still going to be in the paparazi’s stocking list. So they mise well make money to pay their college tuition or else their bond to get out of jail!
OOoooo… now that you’re being booted off the air, you want to halt the divorce??? Oooooo…. now that you are no longer on the show, you want the kids to be excluded too? Regardless of what anyone thinks of this show, this is either a vindictive move or he had an OH SH*T I’M SCREWED moment.
I think he is trying to force TLC to let him out of his contract with them so he can do other TV shows, the divorced dads show or something else. This idea just came to him “coincidentally” right after TLC decided to limit his particiation in the show and pay him less. Before that, he didn’t want to do the show but was happy to take the money.
If Jon can’t make money from the kids, then nobody’s going to make any money from the kids. THAT was his epiphany. Take your many girlfriends (which one are you madly in love with this week?) and your sports car and your motorcycle and your New York pad and go away.

Jon’s lawyer looks like a sleazy lawyer. I think Jon is just mad that he has been written out of the show and this is the way he is expressing his anger. He is a sad case. If he wants to have a new girlfriend fine but it is totally inappropriate for him to flaunt his new relationship. Years from now when his kids see all the media about their father how will they feel?

I am watching Larry King Live now. Jon Gosselin is an immature moron…This isn’t about the kids and that is so obvious, it’s sickening. It’s just another immature move by HIM to “screw” his soon to be ex-wife. He didn’t want to do the show and now that he’s NOT doing the show, he’s going to stop her and the kids?! “HEY LOSER JON, WHAT IS YOUR LATEST PLAN TO GET A JOB AND SUPPORT YOUR EIGHT CHILDREN?”
This lawyer got hold of Jon and now Jon is spouting this guy’s line. Before that, it was the new girlfriend. Before that, it was Kate. I beginning to think Jon’s never had an idea of his own.
