The thing I don’t get is, Ashley didn’t say anything bad about the bride and groom. All she was upset about was Bravo making her do the marriage challenge. And come on people, editing makes anyone look like a bore. The few statements seemed to be made in very different contexts and I doubt she didn’t even find it repetitive b/c it was with different people in different situations. You do realize that a ton more actually happens during the day then what makes it on tape?
It’s annoying because it’s the Topic du Jour and has nothing, NOTHING to do with her chosen profession. Gay marriage is coming, it was not the hot-button issue it is today before the last ten yrs. She’s not a ground-breaker, she’s just a whiny little bitch who detracted from her seemingly excellent chef skills by taking one of THE most common chef tasks and turning it into a bullshit political issue, making her look very immature. Grow up, Ashley, life is not fair for a LOT of people.
I don’t think she was too repetitive at all. What else are you looking for in the in-between times of Top Chef? She wasn’t throwing things around or anything like past over-dramatic chefs have. And now everyone knows who she is… I mean, when was the last time we heard Ash say anything?
Also, Ashley is hot, tattoos included. That woman who was criticizing her and Preeti’s less feminine appearances is incredibly ignorant.
1.)Being gay and being black have NOTHING to do with each other. Gay is a lifestlye just like incest or beasteaulity. Stop comparing the two, its offensive.(2)Ashley has the right to voice her concerns, but she needs to learn time, place, and moderation.
if people paid more attention to marriage equality than there would be no need for her to rant her mouth off like that. i absolutely applaud her for her honesty. enough said!
