OMG. I started watching at 10:15 and turned it off at 10:21 and that included a few commercials.
Her “funny” story about locking her mom in the trunk of the car and then driving like a maniac totally turned me off. She kept saying how much she enjoyed hearing the sound of her moms body rolling around in the trunk of the car and pretending to get into a car accident.
“MOM” of 14 eh? Poor kids. Oh and the noise from the older 6 kids. I really feel sorry for the babies, they need some peace and quiet, not to mention – more ATTENTION FROM MOM.
I did watch it, and I found many times where she said one thing, then would say something total oppsite of it! Like with Kate getting the tummy tuck and blah blah blah, then later she states about how everyone is so “judgemental” and that whole speech. I really think she is missing a few screws.
As far as her kids go, I feel so sorry for them, personally I think she puts on a show for the camras when they are around. I’ve never in my life have seen a child who is well cared for and loved by a parent throw fits like her older children. They are crying out for help in my option!

d care for each child .she needs reality orientation from a professional.
OMG – is this all they can put on t.v? laughfing and driving on a cell phone? about putting your mom it the trunk of her car? and a very nice suv,where are all of her kid’s when she is having so much fun talking on the cell phone about what she did to her mom? She is sick! please someone help the kid’s.and did anyone check out her nails? who is paying the bill? if I ever see anything on t.v. about her I will turn it off! same as the two nut’s

oh my. after watching this show i am now wanting to know why she isn’t on meds. she is totally oblivious to the pain that she is putting those kids through. she keeps talking about what a happy family she is raising as the kids are crying, screaming and at one point slapping her in the face. what a selfish woman. i felt bad for everyone else in her life, the kids and her mother. and may i just say that i found her to be full of crap. i think she might be a pathalogical liar.
and a pathological birther. her and the Dr. could share a cell or be prison pen pals. Heck, I can’t have kids, give me a house, nail job, cell phone, car and a baby. Tv deal too? How much money you think she has cost others?
Everytime she spoke to or touched one of her children (old or young) they either cried, screamed or turned away. Whether she loves them or not – that tells you something about her parenting… Poor kids, my heart goes out to them!
This was so awful. Those poor children. I’ve never seen a more disturbed person. The doctor who implanted her should be forced to take care of them. I don’t know what would be best for them not the foster system. If they could some how be taken care of by the grandmother with alot of help and limit the amount of time with the mother. Oh what a mess!!!
For those of you unfamiliar with her, this two hour show actually shows her in a good light. Hard to believe, but it’s true. She’s a selfish, money grubbing, welfare cheat spending all the children’s money. This show made her look like a madonna relative to what she really is.
If you watch this show, and you didn’t have to (like being forced to review it as a critic), you have no soul or scruples at all. End of story.
I didn’t watch, I didn’t even know it was on. I do however believe that since she paid for the procedures to be done, that she should not be able to receive any sort of government aid. I’m a California Taxpayer, so technically I am helping HER raise her children that she was selfish to have. The decisions she made in having ALL 14 of those children was a selfish decision on her part. Who would willingly, with no job or means of income, have invitro done to have children they can’t support? It is mind boggling that the children haven’t been taken away yet. It just blows my mind that I’m a working mother of two, earing decent wages and struggling to make it, but she is a single mother of 14 with no job, living in an expensive part of California and she is still living better than I am. What’s wrong with this picture?

I agree with you Jenell. This sends a very poor message. We the working class become punished because we haven’t opted to peddle for hand outs. I wish I could understand why this is ok with our government. These children should go to people that can financially support them so that you do not have to. That’s just wrong. And the fact that she CAN live in an expensive part of Califonia and renovate her home is ridiculous.
Amen. I am a teacher at an inner city school, and when I worked registration I have parents come in and the first thing they asked for was how to sign up for free and reduced lunch……..as their kids were talking on cell phones.
I feel sorry for the children for they will never have the love, attention and caring which a “normal” home can provide. Octo-mom is busy ONLY with herself and the delusionary world she lives in.
After watching the whole program, as a mother of two, all I can say is that this is a disaster. Babies want to be held close and have the constant attention of their mothers. Humans are not designed to have litters of children. These kids are victims of their mother’s narcissism. I hope that someone steps in to convince this woman that each child needs a single parent. PLEASE offer these children up for adoption to loving families.
As a mom whose baby was conceived with IVF I am horribly disturbed by this woman’s choices. IVF is a gift for those who cannot conceive, who are thankful for one healthy baby. What she did was disgustingly selfish. I couldn’t let myself watch it.
If you haven’t followed this trainwreck…you have no idea how bad it really is. Fox made her look good. Check out the videos on Radaronline. The six older children are already scarred for life. Some of them are violent and aggressive. Don’t be surprised if you read that one of the six has harmed one of the babies. So sad.
She just bred another bunch of messed up ego maniacs for the next round of reality shows. This is the culture. Lets turn off our TVs, our computers, our phones.
