Chima needs professional help. If she went through this alleged rape then she might have deep psychological issues. Russell is no saint but Chima is abusive and crossed the line on numerous occasions. It was her way or no way. She came across like a spoiled brat and looks like a Bratz doll. So Chima, don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya.
OMG Summer’s Mommy you’re so right on! She does look just like a Bratz doll. I knew there was a good reason I didn’t let my daughter play with those dolls. LOL
Yep she looks like a brat and acts like a brat.
Hi Summer’s mommy…i bet she has really big feet to!!!!! lol Anyway I can’t stand Chima Pet (thanks Russell, although you really have some control issues)…but Jeff is soooooo freakin CUTE….i hope him and Jordan stay together…but if they don’t then i’ll take him!!!!
TRUE TRUE TRUE~~~ Jeff is HOT! I just wish he would quit saying the “F” word sooooo much! He says it almost every other word! It REALLY takes away from his good looks!!
OMIGOD..”she looks like a Bratz Doll”…that is the funniest AND truest thing I’ve read about this situation ever!!! Thanks for the laugh. I’m still LOL’ing!!
Thank God chima is gone she was the most annoying person on the show. She tried to make it out that she was better than everyone. I mean she talked like she was in control every week, talking sh** to everyone. Chima america hates you! Jessie come on dude kiss all the girls ass in the house and then talk sh** about all the other guys in the house. In my group of friends you would be called a C*ck Blocker. Jessie needs to come out of the closet.
CHIMA’S WEAVE OR LACE FRONT WIG WERE WACK TOO! She thought she was hot sh#t. Her hair was WAAAACK!!!!! LOLOLOL
I’m a black woman, and she was a tragic representation of us. SOOOOO glad she is off the show!!!
Good riddance!
How dare she talk sh*t about Russell’s cauliflower ears. Her hairline started on the top of her head! WTF? LOLOL She needs to invest some money into getting a new hair and having it done the RIGHT way! LOL…
I would have called her out so quick on her wack wig she would have been crying… She tried to say she relaxed “her” hair. Bullsh*t.
B**ch, thats a wig..
LOLOLOLOLOLOL
you’re black and ur insulting ur own people…great job for representing your race
uhm shes not insulting her race, shes insulting Chima…speak what you know! And i agree 100%, she shouldve got some braids, not a track/weave/sew in/wig(whatever it was)…especially if she doesnt know how to take care of it!
@ C…how the heck does talking about one’s weave constitute “insulting ur own people”? What are you representing? Dummies everywhere must be proud.
OH PLEASE!! GET OFF THE RACE THING! CHIMA IS THE ONE WHO MADE HER RACE AND GENDER LOOK BAD!! I’m so sick of people pulling out that damn race card! SHE is the one who is racist! How is downing Chima’s hair “insulting her own people”? She’s not “insulting her own people”, she’s just insulting herself!! She is the one who “insults her own people” just by the way she acts! And she is the one who is a racist! Just goes to show you, blacks can be racist too, and it’s not always white people! Either way, she needs professional help! I’ve never seen someone with SOOOOO much hate bottled up inside and when it is unleashed….well, LOOK OUT!! She gets what she deserves though! Poor grandparents! You could tell that they didn’t approve of the way she’s acting!! ONE MORE THING….. Jeff is hot, but he needs to quit saying the “F” word so much! It really takes away from his good looks!!
BUT IT’S ALL TRUE AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE!
Ummmm! Sorry I meant to say she insulting Chima, not herself! ooops!! sorry for the confusion! lol
Exactly right!
LOL. I was thinking the same thing. And she kept scratching the back of her head like her weave (or whatever) was bothering her. Totally not her hair. Fake like the rest of her. She’s a wack job if I ever saw one. I’m so glad that angry woman is gone!
She is a Dianna Ross Want-a-Be!! LOL Bratz should make a “Chima’s attempt to a tribute to Dianna Ross”, and she would be it!!
I agree with you 110%. I got tired of seeing her with that busted weave, ranting and raving, and crying over a HG that wanted her gone the first week. She made me sick and she was definitely a poor rep for black women. With every episode I couldn’t help but to think, “were there no other black women that tried out for this show that the producers could have chosen over this crazy chick?” There were actually 17 HG…Chima’s weave was actually cousin IT. A hot mess, and I’m glad she’s gone. Now Russell can really get his game on. I love Russell. Glad that he’s not going to have to put up with Chima barking at him any longer.
FYI–Although I am not a fan of Chima’s with respect to how she has played this game and her sense of entitlement with regard to production, I do have to defend her as to the ‘alleged rape’. That was one of the only things in the show that she did NOT LIE about and can be varified by newspaper accounts. So please, dislike her all you want on her game play and behaviour during the show, but do not make light of a truly horrific incident in someone’s life.
I wish she would have NOT talked about her rape. That being such a personal issue, many who have been raped, myself included, well people here are either taken that lightly or making fun of it. I think Chima is a beautiful lady, and yes she does have personal issues, but who doesn’t? I watched the live feeds and she was being down right nasty, but I wonder what made her be that way? Surly something happened we didn’t see? Chima, darling, get some help for yourself and disregard others who make fun of what happened to you.
why shouldn’t she be able to talk about her rape? let’s not silence rape survivors.
I haven’t seen anyone make “fun” of her being raped on any of the comments that I’ve read all the way down to yours. I did see one who questioned the veracity of her story but that was the only one. I don’t feel that anyone would make fun of a rape victim no matter how much they may dislike the person. That would be low. But at the same time I also read that she wished rape upon some of the HG. She needs mental help, that’s more than abundantly clear, however, someone with Chima’s control issues and grandiose delusions are probably going to have to hit rock bottom before receiving the help she so desperately needs.
I agree. I have done the research regarding her rape and it’s a horrible situation. To be raped and escape death of a serial killer is something that most of the world can not imagine what that horror is like. It is clear that one of the ways she was able to get through life all these years is by being a strong person, a force to reckon with, someone who doesn’t hold anything in. I think the problem is that it seems through her personality that her coping mechanism was to always be in control but we all sadly were able to see that the one part she hasn’t been able to handle is what to do when she loses control. When she feels backstabbed, attacked and betrayed. Unfortunately that’s what Big Brother is about. She should have never been on this show. She still has a lot of work to do on herself and maybe she sees that she is not completly healed from her ordeal. She started to withdraw and it was sad to see (on a human level)and annoying to see (on a tv watching experience). She hid behind that crazy laugh and she had nothing else to laugh about and we all saw hoe much pain she is really in. Let’s hope she get help.
I don’t think she should have been on the show. I wished they would have screened her better. That poor girl is holding so much in, well being trapped in a house of lunatics would make anyone explode. To anyone who says she is not a strong woman, well if you had been what that woman has been through, I bet not many would come out like she has. Image being raped and beaten by a serial killer. She is lucky she didn’t get killed. And if anyone wishes she had been, I got three words for you: SHAME ON YOU!
DING DONG THE WITCH IS DEAD. . . err gone
I never liked her. Glad to see her gone.
And JEFF IS FANTASTIC for getting the show on the road!!!!!
i dont know why chima natalie and lydia went so crazy!! if jeff was hoh and two of them was up on the block and chima had the power! SHE WOULD USE IT!!! so get over yourself its a game! and Jeff and jordon all they way!!!
I agree. Jeff is the best player and I would have done exactly what he did. In my opinion, Jeff and Jordan are the only 2 people on the show that have kept their word 100%. And why is Natalie mourning the loss of Jesse with Lydia and Chima? Does she not see if he stayed she would have been gone? DUH! Russell is a game player. I would keep him with me to the end if I was playing. He has offended everyone so why in the world would you want to send him packing. Keep him, he is self destructive. And it’s ironic that America has to keep helping send Jesse home…Natalie it’s probably because niave little girls like you think he is so Pec-tacular that he mind controls them and all of us at home are thinking…you dumb idiot. You were being used, so were you Chima and Lydia. And Hello Lydia he has sat back and watched you go up on the block several times. I don’t remember seeing him cry for you. IDIOTS!
I agree, I couldn’t understand the pity party for Jesse last night. He played the game, he got voted off; it happens every week. Did each of those idiots think he would take them to the final 2? If he had stayed the minute it was in his best interest he would have voted them out in a heartbeat. That house does something to people; maybe it’s the isolation but they seem to forget they are playing a GAME FOR MONEY and there can only be 1 winner. I want Jeff to win so he can buy Jordan her really big square diamond engagement ring, which by the way is called an emerald cut diamond. Wouldn’t it be ironic if they actually did end up together? He actually seems to be a good guy; something that is usually missing in BB contestants and Jordan, with her lack of intelligence could use a smart guy like Jeff to help her at least tell time.
Chima was flicking off the camera’s and not listening to staff. She also threw her microphone in the pool. She was booted. Done and done.
I’m having a hard time feeling sorry for the position the folks at BB are in right now because we (America) have been blogging for weeks saying that they needed to get rid of Chima. They waited until she started destroying equipment to step in and do someting. Well hello!!!!…..we’ve been trying to tell them for weeks…they must not have been paying attention and seeing that same things we saw. The girl is c-r-a-z-y and a huge liability!
That’s what I think too. CBS bears quite a bit of responsibility for letting this go on so long. For Chima’s own mental health, she should have been ejected a while ago. There was a comment on one of the feeds that she drank alcohol after taking her pills. Goodness knows she was unbalanced before, but combining meds and alcohol can create some highly volatile situations. Although I don’t take away her own responsibility for her own actions, they should have realized right away that she was becoming highly unbalanced and done something about it.
If you do read the feeds currently, you’ll realize that Lydia is no better and continually has to be stopped by Kevin from doing irresponsible potentially dangerous things. Really irresponsible of CBS to cast two people like that in this show. They were probably feeding off each other’s sick energies.
i think Jeff commenst sums it up perfectly:
it’s a game! so if you land on my boardwalk and have to pay me are you gonna f-ing rip the board in half?
well put. i love seeing spoiled-me-im-so-special-better-give-me-my-way brats get a time out in the corner, or even better in this case- just evicted.
it is a game and Jeff played his ace well.
and really, Lydia, i wonder how much you are gonna hate yourself when you get some perspective on how pathetic you are being. you derserve better than to throw yourself on Jesse’s funeral pyre!
This year’s Big Brother is full of hypocrisy. They remove Chima while Jeff, one of the least intelligent cast members ever on this show, to get a bye with his homophobic, derogatory, and inflammatory ignornace and bigtroy displayed by him at the beginning of the season ranting against the other village idiot Russell. Yet, not only does he remain on the show without any consequences, he is allowed to receive the coup d’état (he cannot even pronounce and read the word, yet alone know its meaning)as a bonus. He should have been removed from the show and forced to apologize to Kevin (though Kevin should have called him out on it and not acted like mouse. And demanded that producers do something about. This would not have bee tolerated in the UK version). So Chima is removed from the show because she used the word “terrorist” to describe the narcistic, self edificating boob Russell (only he knows how managed to get through college considering what mental midget he is) and is then removed from the show. Big Brother and CBS are using double standards. Jeff should then be removed as well. Fair is fair and this season is not. It is a joke at best with peronalities lacking any kind of personality and game play to deserve the win. And Jordan, when not being totally stupid, try actually playing the game and rather than being utterly useless.
lets hope so. Her laugh drives me crazy
Ken, you should either buy the live feeds for 14.99 a month (if EW won’t cover it, write it off as a business expense) or read the excellent recaps on hamstertime.net before writing that you are concerned about Chima’s edit by the powers at BB. Spewing hateful words and refusing to follow BB rules is one thing, but actively planning to tamper with the food of a houseguest with a food allergy and repeatedly stating your plan is to provoke another houseguest into hitting you by spitting in their face all to get them to break rules is entirely another. CBS could not risk having Chima stay in the house.
All i’m gonna say IS THANK GOD!!! I hated her on that show all she did was cause Drama and her voice is HIGHLY annoying!!
SOOOOOOO HAPPY i <3 Jeff!!
I wonder if they will have to bring Ronnie back as a replacement for chima on the jury?
Yeah bring back Ronnie. At least bring in somebody that has some life. Everybody else except Lydia and Russell is like watching paint dry.If I wanted to see nice people,I wouldn,t be watching BB. Hell bring back Evel Dick.If I wanted nice and sweet I’d watch Little House on the Prarie.
ithink that cbs was wrong to have the contest because when it was announced every one knew that jeff or jordan would get america,s vote, what is the point of chima winning the hoh if her decision can be overturned by some one who did nothing to earn the power to do that, cbs tampered with the fairness of the contest by taking away the power of the person who had won hoh,
I AGREE!!!…finally someone that can see above and beyond
Wrong. This is a game and “expect the unexpected” is its motto. All house guests know this going in.
It’s all part of the game. I don’t see why people don’t get this. They always say, “Expect the unexpected”. IT’S A GAME!!!!
Well, Jeff had two weeks to use it. So… it wasn’t always going to be Chima’s HOH that was overthrown. Plus, if the other house guests weren’t such butt heads they would have had a better chance of being awarded the power themselves. They act like it’s unfair, but Jeff just won it because a majority of America doesn’t find him obnoxious or hateful.
so we all knew when we voted that chima was going to win hoh ! this might be the dumbest excuse ever go sit with the 3 crybabies at the table maybe jessie will pray for you ! lmao
another point to be made hear, maybe instead of worrying about who had the power and thinking everything should go their way, why didnt the plan better for this scenario instead of playing like they have the game wrapped up and won? shold have socialized a little better *shrugs*
I agree, I never agreed with this stupid power thing.
Everyone is quick to “glorify” it but if it would have been chima who had “won” the power than they would be crying a different tune because “Ken and Barbie”(Jeff and Jordan) didn’t win it and would continut to be the underdogs.
The only reason they did the power thing was to boost the failing ratings of the show. It is wrong. Expect the unexpected?? That is true but rigging the game is just down right foul!!
People will not see that until that kind of power is used on their favorite players.
Actually, anyone who wants to see “rigged” ought to check out the finale of Celebrity Apprentice, season 2—the fix was in on that one, big-time……that being said, even though I wasn’t happy with the results of the coup d’etat power, I don’t see that there is anything intrinsically wrong with it, and agree with Jesse that Jeff was smart to use it like he did. I do NOT like what happened with Chima, tho—I feel truly bad for her, the woman obviously has some horrific issues, and who wouldn’t, if they were to survive an ordeal like that which she went through? She probably shouldn’t have been in the house in the first place, the game is hard on the head even if you’re in the best of mental/emotional health.
Her remarks to Russ went OTT, yeah, for sure, but I can’t get too worked up about it as the guy’s a grade-A bully, and a misogynstic jerk to boot—Chima sure had that right! So now I don’t know who to root for, as Chima was one of my faves, and I just hope and pray that she can get the help that she needs in order to deal with her problems.
You have got to be kidding me?? right?? OMG!!! Someone else besides Chima sounds bitter and angry!! And why WOULDN’T you like “Ken and Barbie”, as you so politely put it? They are nicer and have more morals than anyone else in the house. How can you be so nieve as to think that this was rigged??? America did not know that Chima would win the HOH competition before they voted, for God’s sake. By the way, Big Brother is still on top and didn’t need a ratings boost! Where are you getting your information to back up what you are saying?? If you don’t have your facts straight, then just dont say anything!! How stupid! So, Prettyascanbe, tell me, who is your favorite player? hmmmmm? I wonder??
Of course the game is rigged. It’s Big Brother it’s not an actual game show and subject to government regulations. Big Brother is all about messing with the people. It’s actually classed as a serial (as in Soap Opera). It’s scripted reality.
the game always needs to be shaken up. if it wasn’t we would stop watching, because no one likes that much repetition. Jesse even said that what Jeff did was his(Jeff’s) smartest move of the game. Way to go Jeff for playing that Ace!
You’re right Rebecca, I was do disgusted by this season’s Celebrity Apprentice that I will never watch it again. I liked that we had the opportunity to learn about people famous in their own sphere that I didn’t know much if anything about – Trace Atkins last year, Jesse and Annie this year. But it was so disgusting that Trump decided from day one that Joan Rivers should win, despite being fairly incompetent about everything other than doing standup. Big Brother on the other hand, throws in surprises to keep it interesting. If Jeff and Jordan had been winning from day one there would have been no drama. I believe they would have thrown in some surprises if the game had continued to go all towards one side. As for the Coup d’etat, everyone knows that was one of the elements planned for this year well in advance.
Well, all I can say is that if Jessie, Lydia (PSYCHO..HELLO??), Natalie (GROSSSSS), or Chima were decent, nice people they may have won the “secret power”. And CBS does something like this each year. They always have some sort of “America’s Vote” thing. The ironic (and hilarious) thing is that last year America’s Vote took Jessie out as well (they voted that Dan should get Jessie nominated for eviction). So, in the end the “mystery power” was sort of a “competition” if you think about it and, to that, I say Jeff won fair and square (although I agree with a post upstream saying that he should try to cut down on the “f” word in his vocabulary..I mean I don’t think it’s supposed to be the main adjective in someone’s vocabulary..LOL!!)
At the same time, though, Chima knew there was a “mystery power” lurking about when she chose to win HOH. They had already figured out that it was the coup d’etat (anyone who’s ever watched BB since All-Stars had figured it out), and Chima knew she hadn’t received the wizard power. So she could have thrown it like everyone else instead of using Ronnie tactics and attempting to intimidate the wizard into doing what she said as if she was the BB queen.
It really trips me out how people are acting about Jeff using his power to make the smartest move in the game. Chima’s hoh wasn’t usurped…ALL guests in the house had the chance to get the coup d’tat. Who did they expect America to vote for? Psycho Bratz? If Jessie had gotten the power and changed the votes to suit himself, would the “ri-donk-ulous” pity party at the table ever happened? I think not. You enter the BB house with one mission…$500k. If Chima was dumb enough to let her chance at ANY money ride out on Jessie’s buttcrack hairs, she deserved to get the boot. And Lydia…his name is Jessie…not Jesus, so pull your head out, rinse the “brown stuff” off and finally listen to Kevin…he possesses all the brain cells for the both of you. Gnat-alie…Gnatalie who? Anyone who actually thinks she’s playing the game didn’t hear her say last night (while her new bestie was fiddling with her hair) “I’m about to make my first move in the game.” Jeff deserves to win this whole thing. Playing the game doesnt mean make a spectacle of yourself and antagonize the houseguests with mindless childish antics…it’s a series of calculated moves, conversations, and actions. Do you really think it’s a fluke that the only comp Jeff won just happened to be the veto to take himself off? He wins only when he NEEDS to and guess what…it’s worked so far. And in the span of a couple of days he got rid of Jessie and made “the other side” self destruct, as he knew it would. One last point on Chima-Pet…after the first blowout with Russell, he left her alone. SHE initiated further arguments starting with throwing water on him while he was playing pool by himself…how many of you Chima supporters would let her do that to you? (cricket cricket) I think not.
Wrong!! He could use the power for 2 weeks, How was BB to know who would win the HOH the 2nd week. Jeff could of won the HOH and than he would not have use it, but would of put the same people up. I am sure if Jeff won HOH and Chima won the power she would of used it to protect the ones she wanted and put up different people. This is a game and that is part of the game.
Remember the motto of Big Brother “Expect the Unexpected” and that threw a whole new dynamic into the game. They need to do more things like that.
Well, one point of winning HOH was that she was safe that week from the coup d’etat (along with the POV winner). My question is, with everyone in the house knowing that there was a mystery power, why did Chima play her HOH week like it didn’t even exist??
Expect the Unexpected is the Mantra of this show. CBS and Allison Grodner Productions own this show and ergo, have every right to run it as they see fit.
The special power was invoked during Russel’s HOH, prior to Chima’s. The producer’s did not ruin her HOH, but she sure ruined Michelle’s.
This argument does not hold water. The “Coup d’etat was announced the week before Chima won her HOH..if she was worried that her “power” would be usurped because of it then she should not have tried to win the HOH that week.
Jessie’s coven would have been better off to let Jeff’s side win thereby at least giving either Natalie or Jessie a chance at winning the POV and using it on themselves.
Week one they gave Jessie HOH and he did not earn it. That wasn’t fair. Jessie was a loser last year and he still is a loser.
