ABC News is reporting that The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck has given birth to a boy, Isaiah. He weighs seven pounds, seven ounces. (Hey, same as my eldest daughter weighed at birth!)

hey now, first off, no need to trash a birth. and secondly, another republican, says who? Both my folks were and are die-hard republicans. I’m not. I’m fairly sure that can be said for many people, on both sides of the aisle.
That being said, I’m sure that the View will all now be able to weigh in on the subject of Elizabeth’s baby’s political orientation, in agonizing detail. I’m hoping it devolves into a shouting match over the “true” origin of the name “Isaiah”, whether his political views will affect his football talent, and an impassioned plea to “support our freedom babies”.

I dont understand why everyone hates this girl so much. I personally dont agree with anything she says or represents, but she has a point of veiw shared by lots of other people. The show is called The View, not One View shared by All. Its always amusing and interesting to hear her get fired up, i’ll personally miss her while she’s gone. Oh, and congrats on the baby.
