Well this is a no brainer. Eric definitely over Bill. Bill looks 50 years old and is a big P when it comes to sticking up for Sookie in front of the almighty Sheriff.
Loved last night’s episode. I also noticed the preacher on the adult movies lists. And the title was Fangbanger. Getting interesting.
Hey Shelly, TEAM Eric all the way.
Thisd show is my new obsession. Having read all nine books in the series as well, I can honestly say Eric > Bill (at least from an entertainment standpoint) Curious to see what they do with his charecter in the series.
TEAM BILL ALL THE WAY! Bill grumpy Ed Ansner! Hey get your eyes checked! Eric is a jerk! B ill is Sexy in a very smouldering way ERIC is the CLASSIC SELF-CONCEITED A** WHO ONLY THINK OF WHAT IS BEST FOR HIM! Bill can be charming, sexy, alluring, a bad boy and a gentleman allk at the same time. PLEASE STOP GIVING ERIC A SECONDARY CHARACTER SUCH HYPE. NOTHING EXTRAORDINARY HE HAS DONE ON THE SHOW SO FAR TO WARRANT THIS THIS WORSHIP! OH YES I HAVE READ ALL THE BOOKS SO PLEASE DON’T TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE BOOKS. HATED ERIC IN THEM TOO FOR THE SAME REASON!
BILL THE THE MAIN MAN SO OPEN YOUR EYES AND GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE!
TEAM BILL!
I’m ready for something new to happen with the Tara/Eggs/Maryann plot. Enough with the orgy parties every week. Seriously. We get it already. Let’s shake it up a bit and get down to the nitty gritty. WHY is Maryann so ‘obsessed’ with Tara’s character?, for one thing. I’d like to get more info. I haven’t read the books though…maybe there is more info in them?
I’m glad to know I wasn’t seeing things when I saw the preacher’s face in “His First Fangbang” on the adult movie selection. LOL Loved the episode. All the Eric scenes were made of awesome. Alexander Skarsgard is so perfect in that role. Eric watching tv while Lafayette fed then he just says “enough” & moves his arm throwing Lafayette off who then proceeds to hump everything in sight was just priceless. The Eric/Bill banter was perfect as well. I can’t wait to find out what’s up with Daphne. Is she the pig or is it Eggs? It was great to meet Barry, the telepath, as well. He should come in handy. Can’t wait to see what happens next week.
I have only started watching this show beginning with this season, since my brother and his fiancee are big fans. They have explained to me all of the things I missed, and I must say that I am really becoming a bigger fan of it every week. Once “Twilight” became an overnight (and undeserved) sensation, I was going to try my best to avoid the vampire craze. But this show just draws me in with it’s writing and acting. Oh… and if Jason and the reverend’s wife have not yet slept with each other, it’s certainly going to happen soon. She is smokin’ hot.
It’s nice to see how it’s all leading somewhere — Maryann IS the creature that attached Sookie, and she attacked Sookie because Tara told her she’d be moving in with her. Also Maryann killed the fake exorcist woman because of what she did to Tara. Daphne was probably a “plant” at Sam’s bar all along to keep an eye on Tara and Sam. Now as to WHY Maryann wants Tara and Eggs to mate… that’s still the question.
ERIC ERIC ERIC!!!
Eric and Alexander Skarsgard are the hottest thing on TB. Although everyone is great in the cast. Alex’s talent is mesmerizing, and so damn HOT it’s wonder the screen doesnt ignite. Give us more Eric please!
Sorry “enough” the Maryann-Tara connection is all Alan Ball. This story direction is new to us all. I hope he finds new/better use for Barry too. But I LOVE it, and I think yes, this was the best episode yet. And I am not a fan of country music, but I do agree that the music director is doing a bang-up job. Give the man (woman?) a raise!
ERIC!!!
ERIC!!!
ERIC!!!
Guess I’m in the minority–I thought something was off about the tone of this week’s episode. I wondered all the way through if someone new had directed it. The bit with the reverend’s wife dancing for Jason was stupid, and Sookie was really unlikeable for some reason, like when she was yelling at Sam. I also thought it was weird that they rescued Lafayette last week, but no one even thought to tell Tara until sometime the next day. WTF was that? And yet another o.r.g.y? Why doesn’t anyone ever wonder WTH happened the next morning? Ready for MaryAnn to be gone now.
On the plus side, I am liking the way the Jessica character is developing, and I find the Daphne storyline intriguing.
As for who is hotter . . . tough one, I like both, but I’m gonna go with Eric. Alexander Skarsgard is the coolest.
I liked it – but maybe not the best ever. I feel like this MaryAnn storyline gets too much screentime. I get it, there are orgies.
Eric is by far the best thing on that show.
