I have to admit that it took a couple of episodes to grow on me, but I think the show is HI-LARIOUS!! Please keep it on, ABC! I mean, you kept ‘According to Jim’ for how long?!
ABC is the network I watch the most, and unfortunately it’s the network that cancels most of the shows I like, Eyes, Pushing Daises, Eli Stone, Boston Legal, Invasion, and now maybe Scrubs and BETTER OFF TED!! If this keeps up after Lost ends next year I might not watch at all!!! What’s the point of watching a show on ABC if they won’t give it a chance?

They won me over with the “Hurricane Proof Dogs” line.
ABC actually hasn’t shut down production yet. That’s a good sign! Better Off Ted has completed 5 more episodes after this one which could air next season. Comparatively, In the Motherhood had its season order cut instantly. Ted totally has a shot. ABC will at least want to use those remaining episodes, no?
I just came across this show a week ago. It isn’t often that I laugh out loud when I’m by myself but this show has me roaring all the time. It’s wonderful and would be a shame it wasn’t renewed.
I want ABC to bring back BOT for another season.
However, I expect that they won’t. I am surprised that they put on the air in the first place.
BoT should be ABC’s answer to the Office, but with a more NewsRadio-esque style of comedy. It’s one of my favorite new shows from this season, and one that I watch live each week while I TiVo something else. Save BoT, ABC!!
ABC has burned me bad this year. Pushing Daisies. Eli Stone. Harsh, harsh times. Last year, I was one of the only fans of Carpoolers, and they pulled that. I’m hoping, praying, begging ABC to KEEP BOT!!!! It is ridiculously funny, week after week. It gets better with each episodes, and the characters are just hilarious and perfectly acted and written. It’s so funny and so deserving to be on air- if ABC can keep According to Jim around for a bajillion years, they should at the very least give Ted a few more!
Better off Ted is the first sitcom in years that is as good as 30 Rock and ABC needs to give it time to grow and find an audience like NBC did with 30 Rock.

Dear ABC, don’t be dumb! Keep Better off Ted. It is funny and smart, and just like a 2 time emmy winning sitcom on a rival network (shout out to 30 Rock!), BOT will gain a larger audience and better ratings, you just have to be patient and give it a chance.

Save “Better Off Ted”. ABC you owe us this for having more than 1 episode of “According to Jim” in existance. Also, CMT was running re-runs of “Rodney” over the weekend and forgot how much I enjoyed it. I realize that it was low brow humour, but it was a funny, light hearted show. Why can’t we have things like that anymore?
