Look, I’ll be honest with you: I was supposed to write something about last night’s Bono/George Clooney interview on CNN, but who cares, really? Clooney Read the full post.

I own all 7 seasons of GG and my partner and I are currently watching them from beginning to end – they’re fabulous! The episode of Rory’s Dance is classic; well-written and superbly acted. I have to agree that once Luke’s daughter entered the picture things went downhill, but before that and even after the dialogue was witty, the characters were lovable, and the show didn’t doubt the intelligence of its viewers. What a rare and deeply missed television show!

Go GG!!!
Ah, the Gilmore Girls. How I love this show! It’s been in constant rotation at my house, thanks to abc family, and now soapnet. I really wish it hadn’t ended, but I always catch something new or something I forgot when re-watching it.
My hubbie and I were talking about GG last night. When we were dating he came over to my apt while i was watching GG (he had never seen it before) and was hooked! We now have all seasons (including the crappy last season) on dvd.
Nothing but love for GG…all the episodes are like classic tv on my mind, even when they were at their worst (seasons 6,7)they were still better than much of the TV from this days…Never missed them, every morning at 8 am on Warner Channel for Latin America!
I was 8 when it started and im in Australia so it was probably the year after that it started so i didnt watch much TV (Apart from Charmed <3) but my mum used to tape it (As she does with about every show on TV) and so I used to watch it every now and then when she was but I got her season 1 for her birthday and I ended up watching the entire season before she'd started. It's a great show and I really want to get the next seasons. xD
Not only do I remember it, I watched this on Saturday night. I still miss this show, but I’m glad to have it on DVD. It’s like visiting with your friends after you’ve been gone awhile, so happy soapnet has been airing it!
Oh boy, do I remember this ep, and this series. So glad for DVD, but yet I still miss having new episodes, and rue the day Amy and Daniel left the series.
I love Jared on Supernatural and now I just have to get season 1 of GG to watch him as a baby!
He’s grown up to be an amazing actor.
Everyday when I get home from work I turn on GG on ABC Family and unwind from my day. It’s very relaxing.
My daughter and I (single mom)bonded every Tuesday night over GG which was smart and funny and recognizable–except maybe when Rory got into BOTH Harvard and Yale. Ouch. We forgave her.
I read somewhere that Jared Padalecki said he would love to do a GG movie so maybe there’s hope for a Rory and Dean reunion. That is, of course, after Jared’s done saving the world from Lucifer.
I agree. A classic Gilmore Girls episode. I have watched it many times. Recently thought about it as I was mashing bananas for a banana bread
Episodes like these live on long after a series ends.
