There’s a new episode of Burn Notice on tonight, and since its 2007 premiere, I’ve been a big fan of Jeffrey Donovan’s burned-spy Michael Westin. Read the full post.

Burn Notice has NOT lost its mojo! I love this show and look forward to it every week. There is definite chemistry between Fiona and Michael….and Sam is just awesome. I think the casting is superb and everyone plays off of each other perfectly. However, I do agree that Carla does slow down the show and I am not a big fan of her character. She does not click with the rest of the characters/cast. I hope that she doesn’t last long. Otherwise, the show ROCKS MY WORLD every week.
I love Burn Notice! The chemistry between Fiona and Michael is perfect—although the hopeless romantic in me hopes they get together ( I loved the scene where Micheal touches Fi’s face after he sees she is alive—AWWW!). Sam is hilarious—I feel bad things didn’t work out with his “lady friend.”LOL!
Carla’s character is annoying to me and I hope they write her off soon. She drags the show. Please show more of Nate and their mother!
I love burn notice and of course Bruce is the best. I love Gabby, but ditch the Carla character;PLEASE!!!!!
I completely disagree. This second half of season 2 has been amazing. This show is the best show on TV.
Even though I can understand some fans’ dislike of Carla, her character is still very crucial to the plot development. I also suspect that the writers have something special in store for us, and that by the end of the season we’ll be satisfied with Carla’s contribution to the story.
Let’s face it, we know virtually nothing about Carla, and Burn Notice makes the process of finding out about someone’s character worth our while. Did anyone think of Sam Axe the same way after he handled being a hostage? (Not that I didn’t already like him).
Obvi, I’m a little late on this, but it’s only because I’ve just begun to catch up on the recent epis. Surprisingly, it’s been better than I expected. Love the show, but I thought it was getting a little stale at the beginning of season 2. And even though we see Michael play a ton of different “fun” characters, when it comes to being himself, he can be a bit one note. So I thought it was nice to see him in “Do No Harm” have a couple of freakouts and show some damn emotion.
REAL QUESTION – Is EW not doing BN recaps anymore?!?!?!
