To the governor. You say you are surprised that an impeachment like this can take place. Why did you take the position to become if you knew the laws of impeachment? Also why would you take the position of governing if the odds were against you in changing the state of Illinois and the United States in the way you had envision.
Notice when asked to say I am not a crook(doing an impersonation, even he himself couldn’t bring the words to his own lips.
