Supernatural is awesome!! It combines the best aspects of a cop-buddy show and a good old-fashioned horror anthology. Eric Kripke has done a great job of creating a wonderful mythology while mixing in terrific stand alone episodes. I can’t think of show that has mixed mythology episodes and stand alones this well since X-Files. Suprisingly, Supernatural has even had a handfull of hilariously funny episodes.

Why I watch Supernatural? A few reasons:
1. I’m a girl. Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are freaking hot.
2. It’s one of the rare shows that grabs my attention and holds it for the whole episode.
3. It’s a show that went from good in the first season to great in the second and third, and is still great in the fourth, which again, is rare.
4. The relationship between the brothers. It feels real, they have great chemistry, and there are some real emotional moments between them.
5. Interesting storylines.

Best Show on TV! I Try and Convert Everyone I Know to Get on the Supernatural Train Before it Leaves the Station…Next Season is the Planned “End” to the Series. Whether or Not We’ll Ever Get a Spin-off, Movie, or Graphic Novel to Continue, I don’t Know. It is, in My Humble Opinion the Ultimate Show. I’m Particular to the Hot Guys, but I’d Be Remiss if I Didn’t Say That What Truely Sells it is the Relationship Between the Brothers. The Drama is Always Pitch Perfect, Never Overbearing. For a Show Dealing with the Mythological, it’s Also Very Tongue in Cheek. I Recommend Starting From Season 1 to Really Get Into it. I Can’t Say Enough Good Things About it!!!

I plan to continue to not follow “Lost”, “24″, or “Grey’s Anatomy”.
Also, I will stick to my resolve to not watch reality challenge shows (“The Great Race”, “Survivor”, etc.)and please don’t flame me, I don’t say no one else should watch. Those shows are just not for me.
HBO, BBC America, and dvds will be very popular again this winter.

Supernatural is hands down the best show on TV. I haven’t been this excited about a series since the x-files. SPN has everything you need. Humor, drama, mythology and hot guys. I started watching Heroes and Lost and hated them both after the first season. But SPN never let me down. It is the best show not being watched. When are Jensen and Jared going to be recognized for the phenomenal work that they do?

“I’m psyched about you trying Supernatural. Though I kinda wish you could try some season 2 or 3 episodes, because I don’t think this season is quite as good as they were.” — THIS = definite yes. Season 4 is okay but has been kind of choppy (also, Ruby = ugh).
